At THE TEEJAY STUDIOS, we take quality, hygiene and product safety seriously. All our cosmetic products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal-care products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been correctly delivered and are not defective or damaged.
No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
Once an order has been successfully placed and dispatched, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Personal preference
Product not being suitable for an individual's skin, hair or personal requirements
Allergic reactions or sensitivity where no product defect is established
Products that have been opened, used or tested
Products purchased in the wrong variant, shade, size or quantity
Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, ingredients, usage instructions and product specifications before placing your order.
Damaged or Broken Products During Delivery
We take appropriate care while packing and dispatching orders. However, products may occasionally be damaged during transportation.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, leaking, broken or tampered with, please:
Take clear photographs of the outer shipping package before opening it, if possible.
Take photographs/videos of the damaged product and packaging after opening.
Retain the original product, packaging, shipping label and invoice.
Contact us at contact@theteejaystudio.com with your order number and supporting photographs/videos.
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the submitted evidence and determine whether the case qualifies for a replacement, return or refund.
Do not dispose of or return the product without receiving instructions from our team.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you believe that you have received:
A defective product
A product damaged before delivery
An incorrect product
A product materially different from the product ordered

Please provide:
Order number
Customer name and contact number
Photographs/videos of the product
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
A brief description of the issue
Our quality team will review the claim.
If the issue is verified and approved by THE TEEJAY STUDIOS, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and availability of the product.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment service provider.
Replacement
Where a replacement is approved, we will arrange replacement of the affected product, subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an appropriate alternative or refund, as applicable.
Products Damaged After Delivery
THE TEEJAY STUDIOS will not be responsible for damage caused after successful delivery due to:
Improper storage
Exposure to excessive heat or sunlight
Incorrect usage
Contamination after opening
Failure to follow the product's usage or storage instructions
Normal changes in cosmetic products that are consistent with their formulation and storage conditions
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only where the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched, subject to our ability to process the request.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.
Important Note on Cosmetic Products
Cosmetic products are personal-care products and individual results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, usage, lifestyle and other individual factors.
A difference in personal experience or preference does not by itself constitute a product defect.
Customers should review the ingredient list and usage instructions before purchasing and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
