How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, tap Check out, enter your delivery details and complete payment. You'll get an order confirmation with your order number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can cancel or change an order only before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, an order can't usually be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page. Sign in with your checkout email to see live status and courier tracking, or message us with your order number.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. If your location can't be served, we'll contact you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your PIN code. Remote areas may take a little longer.
How much is shipping?
Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. They can depend on order value, location and current offers.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online with the methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our payment partners.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Where COD is available for your PIN code, you'll see it as an option at checkout. Additional conditions may apply.
Returns
Can I return a product?
For hygiene and safety, we don't accept returns for change of mind or opened products. If your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, we'll help. See our Return & refund policy.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email contact@theteejaystudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Please keep the item until our team reviews it.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. The time to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

Where are your products made?
Our products are researched, formulated and made by Teejay Innovative Studios Private Limited in our own lab in India.
Should I do a patch test?
Yes. Apply a small amount on your inner arm and wait 24 hours before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Stop use if irritation occurs.

No, you can check out as a guest. Signing in with your email lets you see your orders and tracking in one place.
